At Sun Chasers Home Watch Services we are all about being prepared.

In order to make sure our customers can feel that their home is safe while they’re away we offer our eyes and ears as well as our expertise and many local contractors in order to lessen the probability that they will suffer catastrophic losses during their absence.
We know that even if we are inspecting your property weekly there is no guarantee that something won’t happen which causes a potential threat an hour after we leave. However, if there are only a few days between checks, instead of weeks, the chance that we can find problems before they become catastrophes is vastly improved. If a pipe starts leaking, or worse it bursts, the shorter time between the start of the leak and the time we find it, the better chance we have to remedy the problem before the small leak turns into a catastrophe. But what if a major catastrophe happens instead of a simple leak?

Robert “Bob” Barber is the Business Development Representative of SERVPRO of Palm Desert. They are the local franchise of a national corporation that specializes in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial property after a fire, smoke or water damage event.
