For folks that do not feel the need for periodical watch services for their home while they are away, we offer an alternative with our keyholder services. For $25.00 per month we will hold your keys securely in a safe guarded insured fashion.

In the case of an emergency that requires someone to open your home and/or respond we can be there in minutes (hourly service fee will apply). Additionally, should you just need someone to meet a contractor and open the home for them we’ll be available.
