Sun Chasers is here to help you manage your vacation rental property here in the beautiful Coachella Valley. We have owned 3 different vacation rental properties of our own here in Palm Desert and Palm Springs. We know what it’s like to have that uneasy feeling that comes from knowing that people you don’t know, and in most cases have never met in person, are spending time in your 2nd home.
We specialize in working directly for today’s “VRBO” or “AirBnb” property owners who prefer to handle their own rentals but may not reside here in the area. They need someone local to welcome their guests to the property and make sure that the property is clean and ready for the next group. We do not solicit the rentals or collect the rent, we just act as your local ‘eyes and ears’ to give you a local representation and make your guests feel welcome.

Normally our Vacation Rental Services are contracted at a percentage of your rental charges, dependent on the services you need.
Our Vacation Rental Management Service includes the following:
- First, and very importantly, we will personally greet your guests at the property when they arrive. We will make sure that they know everything they need to know about your home before we leave. We don’t think that asking your guests to go to an agency office and pick up a key is the epitome of good hospitality.
- We will make sure that your best interests are our top priority when welcoming your guests.
- We will help with any emergency that comes up with your house while your guests are here and make sure that your property is safe and operational for them.
- Between renters we will monitor your cleaning service and make sure that your property is clean and complete in preparation for the next guests.
